Many organizations wonder if it i best to develop JMP Scripting Language (JSL) expertise in-house or satisfy their analytical productivity needs by retaining an outside expertise from Predictum. Here are a few considerations:

First, for most of our scripting projects, we've already done about 25% to 60% of the scripting functionality required. Not only is this functionality available but it's already been field tested and refined.

Second, we keep your proprietary methods proprietary. We will not transfer your methods into scripts for others.

JSL is complex.  Script design is soon forgotten unless developers sustain and upgrade their skill level so we recommend that companies whose JSL developers do not regularly spend more than 30% of their time writing scripts consider using outside expertise.
